PARENT AND PLAYER FACT SHEETS INTRODUCTION
From the management of MIFA we want to give you the warmest welcome and wish you that your stay in our Academy is as long and positive as possible, helping you to evolve in football terms and also in your development as a person.
For the proper functioning of this INTERNAL AND DISCIPLINARY REGULATIONS, which you must read carefully and which you agree to comply with in its entirety by your signature and that of your father/mother/legal guardian, on the registration form as a sign of acceptance and commitment.
RELATIONSHIP WITH ACADEMIA
He acquires the commitment to attend the social events and tournaments arranged by the Academy, and must wear the uniforms with dignity, pride and respect in the scheduled events.
In the Academy's sports facilities, it is forbidden to behave inappropriately with actions that are not appropriate for the use of that facility. It is forbidden to smoke, spit, play with or without a ball, spill liquids or introduce glass objects or sharp objects. In the same way, each student will be responsible for all the elements of the facilities, such as showers, benches, hangers, access doors, etc. that are in perfect condition for later use.
All damage caused to the facilities and to the material given to a student due to negligent use will be borne by the person responsible.
All students remain under the discipline of The Academy and must comply with the rules established in these Regulations from the moment of signing the corresponding registration form.
During the course of the player's stay at the Academy, it is advisable to tell the coaches if the student is doing any federated competition or not, or if he or she is currently doing another sports practice in order to properly measure the training loads.
STUDENT DUTIES
During the training, the players have the following duties:
1º The use of cameras or mobile phones inside the changing rooms is totally prohibited in order to protect the personal privacy of the students.
2º Comply with the most common hygiene and health standards. 3º Attend the previously established training.
4º Players must always wear the official clothing provided by The Academy.
5º Players must be prepared to start training sessions or matches with rigorous punctuality.
6º No player can start or leave a training without the consent of the coach.
7º Take care of the Academy's sports equipment and its facilities by making appropriate and correct use of them. Help with the material at the beginning and end of the training if necessary.
8º During the training session , you may not wear a watch, earrings, piercings or other elements that may cause harm to yourself or a partner.
9º Do not use foul or foul-sounding vocabulary in training.
10. To respectfully abide by the disciplinary sanctions to which he may be subjected.
11º The relationship with the coaches as well as with the rest of the staff and colleagues of the Academy will be based on education and respect.
12º Respectfully assume the instructions and indications of the coaches, responding quickly to the coach's call, immediately leaving any activity that is being carried out.
13º If for any reason it is not possible to attend training, the coach must be notified sufficiently in advance.
15º To notify the coach of injuries, illnesses and physical and mental conditions that prevent them from performing or attending training sessions and matches.
16º In any unsportsmanlike act of the student, which causes damage to the materials or facilities of the Academy, the student will be responsible for the damages caused.
The payment of the fee guarantees the player's right to good treatment, good facilities, qualified coaches and healthy sports practice, with a favorable environment in training.
